Rob is a coastal geomorphologist by training and taught Physical Geography and Environmental Science before a thirty-one year career presenting television weather and a parallel career as and environment and sustainability consultant.
He is Sustainability Advisor to Solar Recovery Corporation and a director of ReThink Sustainability and other companies.
Rob is President of the Royal Society of Victoria, an Inaugural Fellow of the Environment Institute of Australia and New Zealand and a Fellow of the Royal Geographical Society..
