Cameron has been in the Australian Public Service for over 18 years and commenced as Branch Head of the Waste Policy and Planning Branch in June 2022. Cameron’s team is leading the Australian Government’s role in revising the National Waste Policy Action plan to strengthen efforts towards the 2030 targets, the reform of the co-regulatory system for packaging, the negotiation of treaty to end plastic pollution and supporting the newly formed Circular Economy Ministerial Advisory Group.
