The Energy Transition (M&A Deals) team at PwC has advised stakeholders across the waste management hierarchy and circular economy supply chain including funds, startups, small-medium size enterprises, corporations and government. Its work within the waste and recycling sector focuses on M&A transactions, capital raising and co-development of infrastructure assets.
Chris is the lead Partner of PwC’s Energy Transition (M&A Deals) team, based in Sydney. Chris holds over 20 years of financial and commercial advisory experience in the infrastructure M&A space. Chris has acted as a commercial advisor in a number of waste sector transactions including the acquisition of BINGO Industries and Kwinana Waste to Energy project as well as lead financial advisor to Igneo Infrastructure Partners on their acquisition of IWS.
