Sze-Fei is the General Manager, Australia, at Tonkin + Taylor (T+T), and has been an engineering consultant for over 23 years.
Sze-Fei's career started in New Zealand in Air Quality, and her involvement in landfill projects sparked an interest in the sector early in her career. A shift in 2010 led her to Melbourne which solidified her interest in all facets of waste management. Starting in a new country, building a new brand and business in the sector has been an exciting and challenging journey.
Sze-Fei's portfolio includes over 70 waste management facilities across Australia and New Zealand providing technical solutions and leading teams. She is a career mentor to a number of staff within T+T and externally and is passionate about supporting others as they navigate the complexities of the waste and resource recovery sector.
