Strategy Delivery Manager, ResourceCo
Steph is the Strategy Delivery Manager at ResourceCo Soil Reuse and Recycling, which is the soils division of ResourceCo Group.
Steph’s role involves the delivery of key strategic growth initiatives for the soils business in line with the 3-year strategy, working alongside state-based operations as well as collaborating with other parts of the ResourceCo Group to achieve this. Her role requires influencing key internal and external stakeholders to gain project support and subsequent delivery of strategic objectives. Prior to moving into this role in July 2023, Steph was the Environment Manager in the soils business.
Her earlier career started at SUEZ where she moved up through several environmental compliance, operational and technical advisory roles across a portfolio of landfill, C&D waste recycling and organics facilities before moving onto Cleanaway in 2017 where she oversaw a portfolio of 11 closed landfill sites at various stages of remediation. Her early career technical acumen has been instrumental in advancing her career into a business growth focused role where this expertise can be utilised to navigate complex development approvals and regulatory relationships.
