Kathy is a senior executive with over 30 years’ experience in the water, waste, and environmental sectors. As General Manager Strategic Environment Advisor at the City of Gold Coast, she provides strategic leadership across environmental resilience, infrastructure planning, and sustainability.
Kathy has led major initiatives including the Advanced Resource Recovery Centre, a transformative initiative designed to maximise resource recovery, support circular economy outcomes and reduce environmental impact. She is recognised for her expertise in infrastructure planning, regulatory frameworks, and environmental management, as well as her ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and deliver complex city-wide programs.
