SUSIE SMITH

Susie is CEO of Australian Integrated Carbon and a leading expert in climate and energy policy, with more than 30 years' experience across industry and government.

She has contributed to Australia's climate policy framework through roles including the Federal Government's Expert Panel on the Low Cost Abatement Report (the King Review), the IGA Expert Group on Methane Emissions, IPCC working groups, the GRI Sector Supplement Working Group, and the board of the Climate Change Authority. She currently serves on the South Australian Premier's Climate Change Council and as a Director of the Future Energy Exports CRC.

Susie is known for her pragmatic approach to aligning policy, markets, and industry to deliver scalable, cost-effective emissions reductions.
