Ainsley is a purpose-driven ESG executive advancing circularity and sustainability. As Chief Executive Officer of Seamless, the National Clothing Product Stewardship Scheme, she is leading the charge to establish a circular clothing economy by 2030. Her career spans both public and private sectors, including leadership roles in ASX-listed companies. Previously, she led the Infrastructure Sustainability Council, setting global benchmarks for ESG performance across infrastructure in Australia and Aotearoa New Zealand. Ainsley has forged transformative partnerships for climate action, uniting government, business, and industry leaders for a resilient and inclusive transition. With an MBA, a Bachelor of Science, and postgraduate qualifications in sustainable resource use, she champions the UN SDGs and supports women in leadership..
