Biography
Troy is a highly skilled professional who has held senior positions in both the public and private sectors. With qualifications in Environment, Business Finance and Project Management, Troy has a track record in delivering complex infrastructure and service delivery projects in Australia and overseas. Troy has specific experience in business strategy, feasibility, procurement and logistics, infrastructure planning and delivery structures. He has managed a number of infrastructure delivery projects through all phases of the delivery life cycle including operations. 

Troy and his team won the 2017 WMAA Innovation Award and the 2018 AIPM Queensland Sustainability Awards for the delivery of industry leading infrastructure in the Toowoomba Region which has increased diversion from 30% to almost 80% with no new budget, no new staff and no new programs.

Troy is a former Queensland Branch President of the WMAA, and has been an invited speaker and lecturer of waste management, procurement and indigenous public health.
