Biography
Dr. Grieco is a Principal Engineer and Practice Leader for Emerging Contaminants with Jacobs.  His area of expertise is treatment of emerging contaminants and persistent environmental compounds. He has over 26 years of experience in investigation, treatability testing, system evaluations, and process design. Dr. Grieco has practiced in the field of emerging contaminants (ECs) for last 9 years.  He has completed several projects related to the detection and remediation of ECs, including treatment municipal water and landfill leachate for PFAS, pharmaceuticals, and cyanotoxins.  He is also a Visiting Professor at the State University of New York College of Environmental Science & Forestry.  He has a BS in Chemical Engineering, MS in Environmental Engineering, and PhD in Bioprocess Engineering.
